His journey took him to Europe, where he fine-tuned his skills at Michelin-starred establishments in England. Chef Matt expanded his repertoire with training in New York, adding a new flair to his culinary style.

His journey reached new heights as the Corporate Executive Chef for Maple Leafs Sports Entertainment (MLSE), where he curated exceptional dining experiences for a reputable brand. Chef Matt also showcased his skills on national platforms. Winning Chopped Canada and a featured contestant on Top Chef Canada Season 6, he captivated audiences and industry professionals alike. Today, Chef Matt continues to grow his brand with multiple projects on the go, including being Superstar rapper Drake's private chef.
